SKM is Malaysia’s nationally recognised vocational skills certification. It is competency-based, which means candidates must demonstrate that they can perform the work to an assessed professional standard. Level 3 reflects practical capability, technical knowledge and the ability to work independently within the field.

Ask us a questionHow does the standard two-hour package work?
Each booking is built around a two-hour on-site visit. You choose how long each employee’s session will be, and we arrange the appointment flow before the event.
How many employees can be served in two hours?
The standard configuration provides approximately 15 minutes per person for around 8 employees. You may instead choose approximately 20 minutes for 6 people or 30 minutes for 4 people.
Can we serve more employees in the same window?
Yes. Additional therapists can be arranged so several employees receive their sessions at the same time. Share your expected attendance and we will recommend a suitable setup.
Who are Woorut’s therapists?
Woorut’s therapists are Malaysian professionals who are visually impaired. Every therapist holds SKM Level 3 certification in massage and reflexology—a nationally recognised, competency-based qualification.
How does a booking create CSR value?

What do we need to prepare on the day?
We generally need a quiet, accessible corner with space for the portable massage chair and safe movement around it. If a power outlet or any other facility is needed for the agreed setup, we will confirm it beforehand.
How do we book?
Send us your preferred date, venue, estimated number of participants and desired session length. We will confirm availability, recommend a configuration and provide the booking details.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend enquiring at least one to two weeks ahead, especially for larger events, multiple therapists or popular dates. Short-notice bookings may still be possible, subject to availability.
